Owning a restaurant or bar in Florida carries with it a significant risk of liability. Under Florida dram shop law, an establishment can be held liable for injuries to persons or property resulting from a patron driving drunk after leaving the premises obviously intoxicated. Not only are there civil liability concerns, but the Florida Department of Alcohol Beverages and Tobacco Regulation may revoke your liquor license. Serving patrons under the age of 21 can also lead to serious penalties and potential license revocation. In the event your business faces these civil and administrative threats, we can protect your interests and uphold your rights.

My concern was primarily a complicated real estate issue. I had essentially lost the case with another attorney and Keith was recommended to me by a large real estate developer. Keith Meisel stopped the judgement and was able to win the case for me. He has an extremely powerful presence in court. If your case is going to trial, you do not want Keith Meisel to be your opponent. I am a small business owner and I could not recommend any one more highly. Show Less
